Ajax, Ontario, Canada, is located about 16 miles (25 kilometers) east of downtown Toronto, along the  shoreline of Lake Ontario.

The main thoroughfares serving Ajax are Highway 401 and Highway 2. Ajax also has GO Rail service to Toronto, as well as CN Railways, and Durham Region Transit.
